Photography by Matthias Heiderich

TODAYS INSPIRATION | Matthias Hedierich’s amazing Spektrum Eins photography | “Spring has brought me such a nice surprise, pop-corn popping right before my eyes!” I always want to sing this song when the sun is shining and colors are vibrant again! Thats what these images remind me of.. Spring! Doesn’t mean that I don’t love my winters too. Shredding the Gnar Gnar tomorrow (my boyfriends slang is rubbing off unfortunately)! Enjoy these exquisite architectural photographs, I know I am!

  1. Great shots! Makes me miss Germany a little :)
    Congratz for being freshly pressed!

    • Thank you so much! Its my first time and I can’t hold in the excitement! Thanks for stopping by

  2. At first glance, I thought that first photo was an illustration — brilliant graphic design. SO AMAZINGLY COOL!

  3. amazing eye catching pics! i love the vibrancy!
    congrats on being freshly pressed!

  4. This is some unique and beautifully interesting work here. I love the use of line and colour!

    • The fact that a warehouse was painted like that astounds me. If we painted more warehouses like that our world would be so much more beautiful

  5. Whoever designs beach blankets apparently switched to architecture…

  6. Congratulations on being Freshly Pressed. These are amazing photographs. Thank you, I am glad to meet with you. With my love, nia

    • I am so excited! I can not believe this! Thank you!

Love the images, love the colours, love the designs. It’s like the 70s still got some life in ’em after decades of obsolescence, yet fully of vitality and energy. I loved every bit of it in each and every image.

Microsoft said that Office 2007 is no doubt the most innovative and easy to use “software, users can easily upgrade from previous versions to this latest version of Office Professional 2007 with the previous versions are very different in appearance, provides a lot ofnew features.

  20. would love something as bright as this on my way to work! would totally cheer me up on my way there! i think that this architecture should be moved to be more common around the world. maybe allow it to be changed every month or so, to keep the interest and make people look after it :)

    • Maybe we should paint our houses like that and start a trend! wouldnt hurt haha

  21. Brilliant, love the colours. Such optimistic blocks of colour – and a lovely blue sky!

  22. Gorgeous Colors –
Caught this between 5 minutes break from work – refreshing!!!

  23. Love the colours- love the symmetry! On a grey morning like this- a literal dose of sunshine! Love your blog by the way!

    you’re so big-time right now!

  28. Difficult to describe the photos……god relaxing to eyes..

  29. So the question is – who is the artist? Is it the photographer or the person/persons that designed/painted the buildings? Or is it you for blogging the whole thing?

    • I take all the credit! haha jk I think the art lies in the viewer. The one who sees it differently and beautiful

    Amazing pictures & nice blog..

    • Thank you! I am so excited to be freshly pressed!

  31. Just gorgeous! The close-up striped pictures look almost like artwork. I guess they are paint-on-canvas (paint on concrete via your lens) if you think about it.

  32. Gorgeous and surreal photos. Also, I love your header!

    • Thanks, I do graphic design so my blog is kind of like my playground to let loose of my creativity!

      • Yay for fellow designers :) Also, I’ve been creeping and I love some of your illustration inspiration posts. Keep up the lovely work!

        • Thanks! Do you do graphic design for your career as well?

        • Well I’m still in college, but I do freelance work and have a design internship. So… kind of :)
